Pavemeant game

Pavemeant game began as just a grey/b&w study and then the squares got to me.
I saw pavement squares and thought of the amount of cement we are paving over
all of the greenspaces in our world. An image of plant life coming through the
squares was born and then painted. Life pushing through may be a better title. Any better title
ideas or comments welcome.

Once you begin you cannot return. This form of art Is created unusally in one sitting
with permanent ink. A 'zenbazzar' I like to call it as It is a form of meditation and release.

Don't know what to make of her
Dreams to keep at bay
Strange behavior becomes her for what cause
Change and hone the life of her
Sometimes a sharp edge
Defines the line you tiptoe across

Some sweet lucrid...Oh i meant lucid moment
Watches timidly from the well rounded world of make believe

Marching on moments linger on the page
that dewy tears have long rot/wrought

This sketch was created at midnight as i could not sleep until I had attempted to draw Geoff.

Geoff has passed away in 2001 and I needed to study him and therapize myself. I have put this off long enough!! The sketch is a little off due to forgetting to keep his right shoulder high enough but i love it anyways.

Orange Blobs

You must appreciate the fact that orange blobs were created with the family cheese slicer. CHeesy i know but wild at the same time. Just think of the excitement that slicer had taking part in exploring a new medium.

Cup O eye

Cup O Eye was just sitting on the counter and crying out for recognition. The bloodstream of most north americans being primarily the great bean brewed, I thought I would attempt to
give an eye for the cup to see which pair of lips were decending on it.

Piano tongue

Piano tongue was a doodle inspired by the chatter going on during music practise.

Therapy, splashing paint about and deciding mid stream what form it is taking.

What comes from within depicts mindseye and tools of creation to tell the story.

This too is going into the life and arts festival if there is room.

This 'Bazzaro' abstract, Eyeknows, was created last month and is entered for sale/view in the Life and Arts Festival in Kelowna.

First Exposure of this type of art for me other than gifting family and friends previously.
